guy alexander III
Spanning a career of almost 30 years, Guy has been involved with the development in excess of $800M and more than 2,200 homes. Guy joined his Family Business, Alexander Communities in 1999. For the 1st six years, Guy was responsible for overseeing construction operations and field supervision. In 2005 Guy was promoted to President and CEO of Alexander Communities. During his tenure at Alexander Communities the company grew from eight employees to forty-nine with an eight fold increase in EBITDA. In 2009, Guy started Jade Homes, Inc. as he turned his focus to luxury custom homes where Guy was involved in developing over $100M in luxury real estate.
A Southern California native, Guy received a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Southern California. Guy has earned certificates in Light Construction Development Management and Marketing for the Residential Builder in 1996 at the University of California, Irvine.

vineet sharma, MBA
Coming out of Syracuse University with a degree in Computer Engineering, Vineet moved to California in 2003 with a dream of working in the tech industry. With a stroke of luck, he ended up getting his start in Real Estate Finance, kick-starting his carrier in Real Estate. Vineet started Real Estate Development in 2005 with luxury condominiums in Los Angeles area. In 2012, Vineet started developing custom homes from grounds-up. Over the last decade, Vineet has developed luxury custom homes in excess of $50M. In 2017, Vineet founded 101 Ventures LLC focused on developing Luxury Real Estate. With a career spanning over 20 years in Real Estate, Vineet has extensive experience managing all aspects of Real Estate development - Acquisition, Financing, Design/Engineering, Entitlements and Construction.
Vineet received an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Business with concentration in Finance & Entrepreneurship.

MICHAEL CONTE
Mr. Conte's Real Estate career spans over 40 years where he was involved in developing some of the most iconic Luxury Estates built in the world.
Mr. Conte founded Conte Development in 1985 where they focused on developing single family residences in growing suburban areas in Southern California. After 15 years in business, Mr. Conte shifted focus to Luxury Real Estate and started subcontracting exclusively for Tyler Development Co, one of the top Luxury RE developer in the world. Mr. Conte's responsibilities includes managing construction of Luxury Custom Homes ranging from 15,000 sq.ft. to 50,000 sq.ft. and project budgets ranging from $10M-$50M.
Over the last 4 decades, Mr. Conte has been involved with developing over $1 Billion in Luxury Custom Homes.
